Helped lead the Marketing Department with a blend of design and consumer/sales data analytics, to scale and grow the company's Indoor Gardening business within big box retailers & major natural/conventional grocery chains throughout the United States. Channels include natural & conventional grocery, mass and club, specialty, general merchandise, pet, & e-commerce.

Developed a National Field Marketing Program for a first to market three-ingredient breakfast cereal line. Managed a +$1.5M budget that was used to grow a Field Marketing Team from 1 to 10 regions across the United States. The role focused on developing a strategic and comprehensive field marketing program and managing a team of 5 Regional Managers, 10 Markets, & 50+ field team members that worked in tandem with a national broker team.Expanded the cereal line into the food service industry, bringing the first ever certified organic breakfast cereal onto the New York City's Public School System's breakfast menu. The cereal line displaced Kellogg's Breakfast cereal & cut +1M kids sugar intake in half.All of this helped lead a successful launch to market of the first ever stone-ground, three ingredient breakfast cereal in major grocery outlets such as Whole Foods, Sprouts, Kroger, & Costco. The cereal line has now had a successful exit with a full license to Nature's Path, the market leader in the Natural & Organic Breakfast Cereal Category.

Assisted with a wide array of business law matters, that included corporate entity formation, copyright fair use evaluations, trademark assignments and licensing, complex legal drafting, & lease and contract negotiation.
