I am Joseph, and my journey has been an incredible tapestry of diverse experiences that have shapedme into the person I am today. Starting from my schooling in a Military School, I once dreamt of soaringthe skies as an Air Force pilot. However, life had different plans, and I gracefully embraced a new path bypursuing Hotel Management.My professional life began in India, working with Kaynes Hotels, and later, I ventured into teaching inboth full-time and part-time positions. The call of adventure led me to explore different countries,honing my expertise in hospitality and training in places like Dubai and Oman. I am a certified group trainerand a Lotscoach®, recognized and respected in the industry.Along the way, my adventurous spirit led me to handle catering at the Asian Games and experience lifein Doha. I faced challenges with resilience and adaptability, which eventually brought me back toRadisson as a Training & Quality Performance Manager, demonstrating my dedication to excellence.An intriguing turn led me to transition into a construction role after a hotel project I managed wascanceled. Despite my hospitality background, I fearlessly ventured into new territories, masteringproject management and the intricacies of architecture, engineering, and design.Throughout my journey, I have taken charge of various projects, from managing complex time-bound projects to Design & Build the Aloft Muscat and Surouh Hai Al Naseem, Oman's 1st PPP real estate project. My ability to collaborate with architects and technical teams and find innovative solutions has earned me great respect.At the heart of my success lies a core philosophy: taking 100% responsibility for my actions and supporting the team to accomplish even the most difficult task.
