Having a passion to work with people and positively impact their lives, I pursued an undergraduate degree in psychology. Upon graduating, I had a decision to make: further my education, incurring debt to do so, or get to work in a role where I could still interact with people while further developing my leadership and interpersonal skills. My Product Operations role at Old Navy has taught me how to be a productive leader, how to manage a team, and has improved my focus on customer needs. Contributing to the success of the business and improved culture within our store has made me a trusted mentor and an invaluable partner to my colleagues. My greatest strengths are being dependable, trustworthy, considerate, hardworking and fair. I want to capitalize on these skills to advance my career in a role more commensurate to the value I offer.
