•Worked with Deputy Commandant to develop a Cadet recruiting plan which increased the dorm capacity to an average of 230 Cadets per term, a 35% increase.•Briefs Executive Director quarterly on the breakdown of Cadet fill types two weeks prior to each term start, with projections for the next term.•Achieved 100% of State Service Scholarship mission.•Aided the Deputy Commandant in decreasing total financial aid debt by $255,000 in the Corps of Cadets.•Produced over 1,000 leads during the Georgia High School Probe Season for the Cadet Corps and commuter students program.•Conducts JROTC as well as individual presentations and tours for perspective Cadets on a daily basis.
