Provide exterior maintenance and construction sweeping along with other parking lot services including (but not limited to): perimeter cleaning, bulk debris removal, line striping, pressure washing, pothole repair, curb stop & bollard installation, graffiti removal, building clean-outs and landscaping. Coordinate and work closely with business owners, landlords, Property Managers, Project Managers, Estimators and Municipal managers in the Commercial, Retail, Construction and Municipal Industry. Manage and expand upon approximately 250 retail and commercial customer accounts, as well as develop new business accordingly. Assist customers in developing customized sweeping schedules and other services that best suit each locations’ needs.Research and generate individualized, detailed proposals for each location.

Oversaw the daily operations of 14 U-Haul company locations, 75 independent dealerships as well as one U-Haul owned Key City repair facility throughout Bucks, Montgomery & Philadelphia counties including:Responsible for the hiring and staffing at all operations including General Managers, Field Managers, Traffic Control Managers, Repair Shop Managers, Construction Manager, Self-Storage Managers, I.P. Manager and Office Manager along with their teams totaling approximately 160 employees. Controlled the overall operations for more than 2,000 self-storage units at 9 locations including marketing, monitoring occupancy, delinquency, collections and following the seize-and-sale process when the auctioning of a customer’s goods became necessary. Was involved in marketing U-Haul products, including truck, trailer, portable and self-storage room rentals; retail items including packaging supplies, custom trailer hitches and accessories; propane fuel and accessories for residential and commercial use. Coordinated with local governments regarding zoning as it related to company locations and rentals of U-Haul trucks, trailers and advertising. Managed the profit-and-loss statement for the Marketing Company, as well as for the retail and field locations. Created yearly budgets for future income and expenses at the Marketing Company, as well as each retail and field location.
