In this position, I am responsible for the planning, development, and execution of the digital strategy used in marketing Independent Wealth Solutions.Utilizing inbound marketing, click funnels, social media, and blogging, we can grow our customer base, increase conversions, and grow the brand's overall awareness.

As the Digital Marketing Specialist at Luminus, I was the sole person responsible for the digital marketing efforts of the agency's client base. My primary focus was on paid advertising and SEO.The agency specialized in several categories, including daycares, manufacturers, HVAC, and long term care facilities, where I was able to build campaigns geared towards building leads, brand awareness, and customer retention. Working with the team at Luminus, we were able to seamlessly coordinate the creation of digital content and design, and measure the return on investment from our efforts.

As the Marketing Manager of Arbeit Software I oversee the entire Marketing Department from graphic design to social media as well as digital marketing. I collaborate with members of the marketing department as well as company executives to execute new projects to improve the businesses revenue.In my day to day position I work on SEO strategies, create content marketing materials such as blogs, emails, social media postings all in the effort to increase brand awareness. I also design landing pages used to convert visitors to sales opportunities and ultimately revenue.Marketing never stops, I do my best to attend local marketing functions as well as those outside of the Buffalo area. When attending events, it is a great opportunity to network and learn even more about marketing from others that are in the field.I also take on this role as a mentor. I lead the company’s intern program, and make it a mission for college students to learn practical marketing skills that will benefit them inside and outside of the classroom.

In my current position at Gordon Companies Inc I monitor and analyze the analytical data on two eCommerce websites as well as their corporate website. I create reports through Google Analytics and Google Data Studio. These reports include e-mail marketing reports to showcase newsletter conversion rates, social media interactions, and website statistics. I also compile reports based on conversions from paid advertising campaigns through Google AdWords, Bing Ads, and Amazon Campaigns. With all of this data, I ensure that we meet conversion goals, while not exceeding the budget for ROAS for paid advertising. I communicate these statistics to the executive team on a regular basis, and make suggestions for improvement and strategize ideas for new campaigns. I make SEO as well as design changes based on data from HotJar, Google Search Console and utilize Video Website Optimizer to achieve a great user experience.

I specialized in website optimization to help online business and websites gain a high presence on Google as well as other major search engines. My responsibilities included analyzing websites to help gain a strategic marketing advantage on the internet. Implementation of these strategies can include on site SEO, HTML coding, and inbound marketing to help my clients gain leads. I also provided phone consultations, customer service, and reporting for over 200 clients. As a project manager I oversaw a variety of projects and assigned tasks to get work completed in a timely manner. I also specialized in analytical reporting for E-Commerce websites to help determine potential improvements that will help decrease shopping cart abandonment and increase conversions. I worked with AdWords for Video and implemented key strategies to help build business brands on YouTube. I work on user experience projects to find ways to improve website's overall functionality to improve click through rates and conversion rates.
