-Spark Climate Solutions (a leading climate philanthropy focused on methane): -- Researched low-cost methane sensors for a high-scale (10k+ sensors) enteric emission measurements project. Developed due diligence standards for the selection process that resulted in a database with 80+ individual sensors and a selection of 7 unique sensors. -- Developed due diligence standards to identify the most promising under-resourced high-impact emission reduction measures for black carbon. This resulted in a technical report and identifying ways to lower the Arctic warming by up to 0.2°C.-Luper tech: updated atmospheric chemistry model for an innovative startup to reduce industrial volatile organic compound emissions through a gas phase advanced oxidation.-Taltech (leading Estonian technical university): lectures for Master and PhD students on technologies to fight climate change, including carbon dioxide removal (CDR).

Climate Vine is a selective membership community for climate changemakers to unlock ideas, talent, and capital by bringing together experts with diverse backgrounds, ranging from policy, investment, corporate, non-profit, entrepreneurship, tech, and science.I organized a workshop on non-CO2 climate forcers, participated in the build sprint that resulted in a black carbon case presentation, provided feedback on the organizational structure, and have been overall an active member of the community.

The wine recommendation engine to help retail grow wine sales online through personalized recommendations:- Built a team of 5 people (both technical and business backgrounds) to create a recommendation engine.- Provided leadership to onboard 3 paying business customers in Europe and Asia. Resulted in an increased conversion rate of 20%.- Curated a cohort of 50+ investors and raised a pre-seed investment round from angel investors from leading multinationals (Kearney, AB InBev, etc.).

- Defined, designed, and developed an innovative wine quality management strategy through multiple workstreams with cutting-edge analytics and research methodologies. This served to control over 2M liters of wine for major EU retailers.- Oversaw herbs & spices authenticity detection project, organized internal lab research. Acted as a lead relationship manager with the key stakeholders (Wageningen University and leading EU herbs & spices companies). This resulted in the development of a portable method to measure product authenticity.- Performed this individually and in teams with up to 30 collaborators from the food & drink industry, academia, and research labs. Guided & managed junior staff members (7).- Communicated the scientific rigor through weekly posts on LinkedIn for 1.5+ years (>5400 followers, >70 posts). Presented results of my R&D work at 10+ conferences (up to 100 attendees each).

- Conducted 4 air composition measurement field campaigns to study aerosol particles.
