Collaborated with other teachers and staff to create a learning environment to support student success. Created hands-on activities and experiments to help students better understand physics concepts. Throughout my placement I developed my skills in public speaking and communication as well as gaining confidence.

For this role I coached and motivated multiple groups of 16 sixteen to seventeen year old young people leading activities such as team building and helping them to organise charity fundraising events.
