As the Director of Operations at Jack Westin, I am directly responsible for overseeing the Customer Support and Human Resources departments. In addition, I work closely with department heads across the organization, including Tutoring, Admissions, and Sales, to optimize processes and reduce expenses. One of my key initiatives has been automating the tracking of various departmental KPIs, enabling real-time monitoring and data-driven decision-making. This has helped to efficiently manage resources, identify areas for improvement, and foster a culture of continuous growth.Among my many accomplishments, I have significantly streamlined our payroll process, reducing the time spent by over 50%. This has been achieved through the implementation of innovative systems and procedures, freeing up valuable time for department heads to focus on building and scaling their respective areas. By minimizing the need for manual processes, I have empowered our team to concentrate on strategic initiatives that drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency.

Following my accomplishments within the Elite Program, I was promoted to the role of Mentor & Student Success Manager, where I managed over 150 employees and ensured both employee and student success. In this capacity, I executed company-wide interventions, policies, and practices, while tracking program-wide student progress and conducting statistical analyses to identify areas of struggle or excellence compared to previous years. Concurrently, I continued expanding mentor and student enrollment in my local area and nationwide.As a Mentor & Student Success Manager, I led the training and certification of all new employees, the recertification of returning mentors, and the training of newly promoted Student Progress Specialists. I personally guided them through the entire process, from hiring to the completion of their training. Upon successful completion, I granted new hires clearance for their first official work assignments and assigned them to their respective peer groups. After implementing our new rolling hiring basis, I managed the tracking and recording of employee progress and attendance throughout the certification and training program.

Soon after joining Altius Test Prep, I was promoted to the dual role of Student Progress Specialist and Elite Program Manager. In this capacity, I managed the entire Elite Program, which serves over 1,000 students annually. Beyond my initial responsibilities as an MCAT Mentor, I handpicked and trained employees to deliver exceptional experiences through Elite Program activities and classes.Under my leadership, the Elite Program transformed into a more organized and structured format. I devised innovative tracking documents to monitor student progress, enabling me to swiftly identify both struggling students and top performers. To enhance communication between students and mentors, I established a Discord server where Elite Program participants could share resources, find study partners, and collaborate on challenging problems.As a result of my guidance and oversight, students in the 2020-2021 Elite Program achieved an average 7.5-point increase from their initial scores, representing nearly an entire standard deviation on the MCAT exam. To ensure the program's continued success, I developed an "Elite Program Manager Handbook" and utilized it to train my successors, empowering them to build upon the progress I had initiated.

Dfw Metroplex

As the District Baking Manager for the DFW Metroplex at Einstein Bros. Bagels, I led the training and auditing of bakers' skills to ensure the highest standards of safety and best business practices were consistently maintained. When the company introduced new seasonal products every few months, I was responsible for ensuring that all bakers and store managers were properly trained to execute a standardized product roll-out.To support my training duties, I developed a variety of cheat sheets, walkthroughs, and helpful documents for new hires, many of which were ultimately distributed across the entire company. In addition to my baking responsibilities, I held keys and alarm codes to all corporate stores in the DFW region, demonstrating the trust and confidence placed in me by the organization.
