I was employed in a muli-positional role which taught me to be flexible with the responsibilities of different positions; such as cook, cashier, kitchen prep, and supporting cook. These responsibilities included selecting ingredients, following recipes, using various cooking methods to produce menu items, as well as operating a cash register, processing customer payments, providing change, and keeping track of transactions.
