Open door locks by moving lock pick in cylinder. Make new or duplicate keys, using key-cutting machines, and documenting issue to appropriate authority/ custodian.

Work independently using service order information uploaded daily. Operate mobile repair van, maintain inventory, barcode scanning all parts as they arrive and are used for laundry appliances, lawn and garden equipment, tread mills and exercise machines, using AIM software.Troubleshoot, repair and test washers, dryers, garage door openers, lawn and garden machinery, assist other techs with repairs on other appliances as required. Train on new models as they become available, using appropriate manuals, technical documents or standards to ensure conformance or compliance. Assist installers in conversions and modifications as required to complete work orders. Upgrade machine software and components from Service Flash and Technical Bulletins.

Operate tape machines and servers to prepare and deliver video over the air, input commercial blocks using automation controlled switchers and master control console.
