 Supervised and coordinate the smooth flow of logistics activities such as movement of project materials at various work fronts, make adequate arrangement for Equipment such as Cranes, Trucks, Excavators, Pay Loaders, for heavy duty job, and Pipeline work activities at Dangote Refinery.  Responsible for supervising daily, weekly and monthly routine checks on company equipment, materials and facilities. Order and supervise repairs and maintenance of company equipment and facilities.  Develop and execute journey management plans, accommodations, transportation and general logistic for expatriate staff which includes appropriate emergency response plans.  Monitor and maintain adequate daily records of vehicle inspection  Recommend any additional safety requirement, if necessary.  Coordinate and monitor supply chain activities and operations. Keep record of inventory of project materials.

 Supervised and coordinate all the movement of materials and equipment from dockyard to the laydown area as requested by the project team.  Coordinate incoming materials and equipment from suppliers to our yard appropriately. Organize various kinds of logistic and related information and regular follow up with the shipping company.  Coordinate multiple schedules for variety of service providers in the daily effect to complete order demand.  Maintaining daily reports to ensure order and schedule are completed.  Coordinate logistics and operations staff such as truck driver, crane operators, forklift operators, riggers, pool drivers etc, for a smooth running operations  Supervise order and arrange stacking areas for materials to ensure they meet the need of the organization  Plan and track shipment of materials according to requirement  Keep record of stock, and executed orders.  Prepare accurate report for management

 Supervise delivering of Materials and heavy duty equipment to various work locations.  Develop journey management plans for every trip in order to minimize difficulties and possible risk or danger faced by the company drivers on their way to their destinations  Also supervise all maintenance activities of all equipment and get them ready for deployment as requested by management team.  I ensure that all the emergency response vehicles are in good condition and are QHSE compliance including first aid box and fire extinguisher. I also ensure that, in case of any incident, the emergency response team must arrive at the scene of the incident within the stipulated time frame for quick intervention in order to save lives and properties.
