Brought project into compliance, ensured all supplies were delivered, trained staff, and brought equipment to functionality. • Project Delivery: Awarded project with 24 hour notice to support production. Found staff, equipment, and coordinated delivery on time and under budget. • Process Improvement: Redesigned medical supply delivery process to improve customer relations and service. Increased number of available vendors at a lower cost.
