Fabrication and evaluation of chemotherapeutic drug-eluting polymer nanoparticles and films. Performed in vitro and in vivo studies as a senior design project and then continued research following graduation. Later, as lab manager, was responsible for monitoring our mouse colonies and managing lab purchases.

Performed hardware diagnostics and repairs on data acquisition boards used in the CERN Large Hadron Collider. Designed, fabricated and tested a portable infrared “Gate Analysis” system for the Framingham Heart Study. Responsible for various other machining and PCB assembly projects for the Boston University Physics Department.
