When I started at the warehouse, I was just a worker on the floor. I packaged materials for orders and for storage. I also prepped skids for orders and operated a forklift to move the skids around. I then moved to the paint shop and drove the company truck between the two buildings with loads of materials and unloaded them.After this I moved into the office and began to help everyone with their IT issues from their PCs not working to their phones not doing what they need. I was also in charge of looking after all the company’s hardware and software needs. If a new pc needed to be built or set up, I was the guy. We implemented new sales software which utilized SQL databases. I learned SQL to do reporting and help set up the new program and move all the companies’ data to the new database. Each week I also had the responsibility for creating a custom sales report for the Vice president based off the information I could gather from the database and what he was looking for. During my time here I had to do IT in person and long distance, even to the point of remotely setting up a desktop for a few employees in the Philippines.

Responsibilities: Greet customers and be the cashier whenever a customer walked into the store. I also had to stock the shelves and the cooler when items got low. We also had deliveries that came weekly and If I was on shift, I would have to scan each item in and add it to the stock as well as check it to the requested amount to ensure the deliveries were correct. I usually worked night shifts which had me working from 12 AM to 8 AM. We had to clean all the equipment for the hot foods and cook the same foods as well.

Responsibilities: Monday’s Wednesday's and Friday's I oversaw and undertook garbage removal. I drove a garbage truck and was responsible for ensuring the whole town was done. Other days I could be paving, grass cutting, tree trimming, cleaning public buildings, vehicle maintenance, electronic filing, word and excel processing. Besides this I started learning how to be responsible for the water and wastewater systems in the town. Worked closely with the foreman. I was trusted with keys to the water plant, town shop and waste transfer station. Often showed up first and opened the shop in the mornings. Was on call for any general emergencies in the town on certain weekends. Drove the loader (heavy equipment) for the town using a fork modification for lifting pallets, and the bucket for landscaping. Drove the plow truck in the winter for snow removal. Have expedience with waxing and stripping floors.Accomplishments: Over the course of my employment the cost of running the garbage truck dropped significantly and for the first time in six years it was under its yearly budget. This allowed us to get repairs done on the metal frame to extend its life for another 5-10 years.

Responsibilities: Food Prep, Cleaning, Dishwashing, Cooking Orders, Closing store, Cash register.I would make pizzas, salads, wraps and other various foods for the food rack or for customers orders. I also had to clean and sanitize things, had to close the food area and wash all dishes.
