Overall responsibility for managing Safety, Health & Environment improvement activities to achieve excellence on the site which has a detergent powders, soaps, foods and savoury manufacturing factories and a distribution centre with over 1000 workers as well as three 3rd party manufacturing sites. Work with country and regional Supply Chain teams to develop the country SHE strategy and improvement plans in order to achieve sustainable SHE excellence by reducing injuries, illnesses and environmental impact as measured in the core leading and lagging indicators
