As an hourly employee, a (training) server, and as a department or assistant manager, I have obtained an incredible rapport and loyalty with my clientele. My passion is my biggest strength as well as my most lingering weakness. I expect excellence from myself and from those around me. That thought process, combined with a humility to do the dirty work and a respect given to any individual I encounter, has earned me promotions anywhere I have ever been employed.
