Working to increase the opportunities for Floridians with disabilities to establish successful careers through providing direction and support to the internship and mentoring programs of the foundation specifically Disability Employment Awareness Month/Disability Mentoring Day, Florida High School High Tech and through the development of a training curriculum aimed at instructing companies how to develop their own internship program. Continuously engage businesses around the state to expand the awareness and ongoing need of diversity and inclusion in the workplace as it relates to the people with disabilities community in Florida.Provide a variety of technical supports and administrative oversight to Florida High School High Tech, a career exploration program for high school students with disabilities. The program operates at 42 sites around the state of Florida in a wide variety of settings.

Working smartly to make a large impact on the number of Floridians with disabilities in the workforce.

Attended to duties related to governance activities: maintaining and recording board and committee minutes, correspondence with board members, and ensuring proper noticing of meetings. Assisted in development activities through grant requests.

Provided management oversight and support to a wide variety of Scouting activities in a five county service area in south Georgia and to the Council at large. Job tasks included recruiting youth and adult volunteers; fundraising and donor development through multiple avenues: annual product sales, event revenues, donor cultivation; planning and executing large-scale programmatic events for youth scout members including Cub Scout Day Camp, Webelos Woods, BMX Camp, and Cub Scout Family Weekends; served as Program Director for Boy Scout Summer Camp managing a staff of 40 and all day-to-day programming and activities. Additionally established and maintained relationships with members of the community and organizations to ensure strong Scouting presence in the counties served and access for scouting related activities.
