Reduced data error turn-around time from 3 weeks down to virtually zero by developing a system suitability test method. +Successfully commissioned robotic automation as part of engineering control to minimise acid handling while doubling analytical sample preparation throughput.+Led a deep dived exercise to identify chemical substitution of Xanthan in Drilling-Fluid and presented to BP upstream-Centre of Excellence (CoE).+Provided HSSE input to the team, including COSHH and Risk Assessment (HAZID). Reviewed site MSDS storage procedure and brought it to compliance. Led a project using Agile methodology to develop new MSDS platform to automate data input using semi-machine learning.

Conducts research blending for all Lubricant Technologies and coordinate QC tests for incoming samples.Key Accomplishments Helped designed and developed next-gen static blending process for lubrication research. Improved blend throughput while reducing operator errors in blends.  Standardised work processes which improve process efficiency and people’s accountability. One example is the Incoming Raw Material Processing which was documented and presented on BP World Quality Day.

Lead HSSE projects to promote safe and healthy work environment, and complement employee engagement.Key Accomplishments Re-structured fire and first aid emergency responses procedures to shorten response time by 40%. Identified significant process improvement opportunities in BMS, HVAC, energy as well as utilities management systems while leveraging in-depth analysis and sound process improvement acumen.

 Actively supported stakeholders through effective control over routine operations of six land-rigs. Coordinated with crew, and warehouse logistics team for resourceful crew planning resulting in impeding manpower issues. Built a professional rapport with clients and executed a diverse range of laboratory tests including return permeability test, DLS particle sizing, wastewater content test for government officials, and other standard tests relating to rheology, fluid mechanics, and contaminations.Key Achievements Systematically managed a complex drilling project worth £6m in chemical cost, including more than 50 drilling as well as work-over wells, and achieved zero Non-productive time. Key Achievements Reduced tobacco infestation by 87% containing it with-in KPI’s range translating into £3m worth of savings, through process improvements in primary production as well as warehouse. After in-depth analysis of operational activities, and delivered a “fumigation top-up criteria” report to senior management.
