Working alongside the F45 Shanghai team, I am responsible for the management of our oldest F45 location in downtown Shanghai.My dynamic leadership role includes the management of the F45 training team and studio operations, alongside retaining and expanding our membership base. Key Achievements - Growing member base to a peak in 2020- Leading the F45 team through 2 Shanghai COVID lockdowns 2020/2022 - Leading F45 Shanghai / Adidas collaboration sports event in Chinese/English - Developing and training the F45 Shanghai coaching team.

Support Senior Managers to grow enrolments and achieving annual targets. This includes:o Maximising sales for INTO and ISES programmes; o Develop marketing strategies;o Analysing and sharing market intelligence and recruitment performance data;o Advising on and assisting with the production of marketing materialso Identifying and resolving any under-performance issues that affect recruitment.

My role in which I speak both English and Mandarin daily, within a diverse international team, includes the following responsibilities : -Handling the entire sales process from first contact through to the final enrollment with applicants from all over the world for both Internship and Chinese Programs.-Managing and developing co-operations with Universities in China- Overseeing and handling large groups of incoming students in terms of visa application, accommodation and internship placements.-Managing our schools apartment portfolio and team of logistical staff to maintain a high standard of accommodation whilst meeting the demands of incoming students. - Being responsible for a number of accounts, as well as developing new potential partners.

My role within the Royal Bank of Scotland has been my most challenging and enjoyable to date. The main purpose of my role was processing bank applications from new customers as well as dealing with fraud. I relished the opportunity to learn about how to detect and prevent applications getting through. Within my time in the role I intercepted approximately £130,000 of fraud.

I have held different positions within the NHS. The first of which required me to communicate with patients over the phone relating to their appointments. This not only tested my communication skills but also involved data management. In addition to this position, I also held a job in a different department relating to patient notes. This role tested my organization skills along with fulfilling the targets set. This position also required me to courier notes in a responsible manner between destinations using the provided vehicle. All of these roles within the NHS required me to adhere to strict confidentiality and Data Protection rules.
