I lead the development strategies for efficient delivery of IT Capabilities and prioritization of IT Investment for Humana's CenterWell Pharmacy and PBM Services Segments. I lead a team that develops key performance indicators and reporting capabilities to support asset management.

I developed a Generative AI value framework tool used by the entire enterprise to quickly estimate the monetary impacts of GenAI for each operational team. This combined with leading AI Use Case assessments has provided key insights and support for the development of a generative AI strategy for CenterWell as a whole. I led the development and implementation of the Pharmacy OKR program. I am a certified Workboard OKR coach for Humana. As a coach and program lead for pharmacy, I have taken it upon myself to lead and manage the OKR program for Pharmacy and horizontally CenterWell IT. I partner closely with business and strategy leaders on the use of OKR frameworks and create alignment between business objectives and IT Deliveries. I completed a Business Capability Fitment analysis for the DomaniRx Joint Venture. At the conclusion of this effort, was a repeatable process that can be applied to update and manage the technology assets within a Technology Strategy Framework. I advise IT and PMO Leaders on agility and roles. Using a comprehensive assessment of our resources to guide the development of Agile Release Trains in 2024. I have also started coaching leaders of the IT and PMO on agile best practices and opportunities for increased efficiencies. I developed performance scorecards leveraging real-time dashboards enabling each segment IT team, including PMO leaders, to view and track their KPIs across all teams and programs.

As a Lead Product Manager for Pharmacy Clinical Programs, I Successfully completed contracting and implementation of Elsevier DDI integration for use with future & existing platforms. I led agile transformation and supported Humana's transition to SAFE agile methodology adoption, successfully leading 4 PI planning sessions 4 teams and supported transition of this responsibility to a full time RTE. I was primarily responsible vendor contracting, OPEX and CAPEX budgeting for my area. For 6 months I represented Humana on the HL7 Pharmacy Working Group, working closely to provide input on FHIR standards.

Lead Project Manager for PBM Renumeration Implementation. Managed budget, requirements development and delivery management for all of the projects supporting the Pharmacy Network and Medicare Digital Program. Applications supported include CMS Plan Finder, AEP Drug Pricing Tool, Drug List Search, Pharmacy Web Services, Medicare Pharmacy Portal Applications. In addition, I supported Formulary Clinical Portfolio, leading development and delivery of Medicare Prescription Drug (PDG) Implementation and HPMS Implementation. Manage the implementation of HPS Clinical Strategies to maximize drug cost utilization for the plan beneficiaries. Developed and maintained Strategic Business Roadmaps. Manage the development of the annual Portfolio budget submission to HPS Executive Team.

Personally responsible for over $200k in savings in 2011 through implementation of load planning redesign. Authored an efficiency study on the aircraft fueling operation. Through process improvements I designed for more effective queueing models, eliminating the need for the purchase of additional fueling equipment, resulting in $250k annual savings. Developed long-term strategies to support projected growth in each key business area.
