Assigned to the Producer Price Index and International Price Program. Plan, schedule, and conduct data collection assignments following well defined objectives which require proficiency and precision in the use of a variety of economics techniques. Complete assignments which involve established data collection practices which may require some adaptation and modification and may include a number of complex factors such as coordination requirements, reluctance of respondents to participate, or the unusual way in which data can be made available. Extensive knowledge of data collection principles and techniques, as well as a broad grounding in economic and statistical theory in order to properly evaluate data quality and to maximize participation.

Work with grant eligible students to assess skills and provide coaching and career planning assistance to develop pathway entries to credit or non-credit enrollment. Track student progress, ensuring development and implementation of an aggressive student support model that includes employment preparation. Provide direct training in job search strategies, resume writing, interview preparation, professional dress, and professional etiquette. Collaborate with Career Link Centers and other agencies to determine student eligibility for the program and to provide a seamless transition to Lehigh Carbon Community College. Also work with College offices to identify students, ensure student enrollment and ongoing retention.

Assess human resource needs in areas such as employment, performance management, employee relations, compensation, career development, and management development and assist in developing and implementing solutions to meet those needs.
