I started working in front of the restaurant to get an idea of how management works. As I served, I also observed how each management dealt with customers and employees. Within 2 years(2018-2020) I bounced around to a few restaurants so I can understand and gain experience on how different business manage their company and customers. I also worked for a catering company to learn the ins and out of owning your own food service.

I started as a dishwasher at this fine dining restaurant, I held the responsibility of washing dishes, prepping food, and closing u the restaurant. This is when I learned about my passion for food, I worked my way up from dishwasher to prep cook then to salad and dessert cook. within 2 years I went from dishwashing to line cook working every position on the kitchen line.

I mentored a group of children for summer, I was responsible for their safety and well-being. I would ensure all kids under my care were satisfied with our daily activities. I made sure every child under my care went home with some sort of new skill that they didn't have the day prior, whether it was learning a new game, learning a new coping skill, or even if it was just a fun fact my main goal was to make sure the kids had fun while developing social qualities.

This was my first job at the age of 16. I would Skateboard from high school as soon as I got out 6 miles to this job to hand wash dishes from the morning and lunch shift in a three-bay sink. I would spend 7 hours bent over a sink scrubbing and sanitizing dishes for the next day.
