System MC Main in charge of bilge swage water ,drain water ,fire fight water ,hot/cooling water high pressure mud pipe etc, Verify air or hose test are available and complete。tank and compartment complete,Check that all outfitting, fire partitions, ceiling, access hatches, flooring, window ,door ,insulation ,and installation are properly done according to respective standards, Check that all compartment items are secured and undamaged。
