• Diplomatic International Advisor to the Royal Saudi Air Force representing U.S., allied, and partner nations for internal and external security of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), and led logistics coordination & execution efforts for 17 agencies in the largest non-combatant personnel evacuation ever. • Acted as a consultant to assess, train, advise, assist, and equip forces throughout the country enabling partner capacity and enhanced security in a multi-national joint military environment, and established a new English training program for 5,000 students resulting in a 50% increase in testing & speaking proficiency scores.• Led the Air Force’s largest foreign military sales acquisition program portfolio (aircraft acquisition/upgrade, munitions, training, ISR, IAMD, EW, etc.) valued at over $43 billion and detected a programming oversight resulting in the repurposing of $500 million toward future efforts and the debut of a $9 billion helicopter acquisition effort in support of allied Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR) operations.
