Manage complex projects/programs as assigned from design and development to training and go-live implementation including: Define requirements, scope and planning project lifecycle deployment. Define resources, scheduling and timeline for project/program implementation. Define organizational impact and engage relevant teams and staff in project implementation. Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning. Plan, schedule, and create project deliverables, goals, and milestones.
