In addition to regular duties, was asked to lead interim recovery team after 2013 Calgary flood: • Facilitated sessions and lead Water managers to plan and coordinate flood recovery for the Water Utilities• Worked collaboratively with infrastructure recovery lead and business continuity and emergency management team members to develop a plan and ensure smooth transition from emergency response to embedding recovery into regular business• Presented final report to the Water Management Team with recommendations to embed learning into business unit work plans
