I have the pleasure to lead a team managing the relationship between our largest strategic partner, Walmart, and Unilever's robust supply chain to ensure we deliver our awesome products like Hellmann's Mayo, Breyers, Klondike, and Ben&Jerry's Ice Creams, Lipton Tea and Soups, Knorr instant meals, and Country Crock Margarine on time and in full.

Supports Personal Care and Cosmetics Merchandise Operations Teams to improve On Time and In Full metrics to drive outstanding supply chain efficiency and in-stocks. Works directly with 371 suppliers for lead time adjustments, truck load optimization, economic order quantities, order cadence, and channel decisions to provide optimum supply chain performance. Partnered with suppliers for rollout and execution of On Time and In Full (OTIF) program; increased average OTIF 20% in less than 6-months

Led team managing the supply chain and forecasts for one of the most item-store combination intensive and diverse departments at Walmart. Managed $1B monthly inventory budget. Partnered with merchants, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure outstanding key performance indicators such as in-stock, fill rate, and must arrive by date compliance to drive sales and provide an outstanding customer shopping experience. Utilized Retail Link, Decision Support, Tableau, SQL, and Excel extensively to make sound data-driven decisions. Drove record sales and instocks on lower inventory.

Provided Air Force-level equipment management of over 3-million equipment items valued at $3.8-billion supporting worldwide operations. Interfaced and coordinated policy change with Joint Staff, Air Staff and other DoD agencies. Participated in validation, development, and audit review of current and strategic requirements of support equipment. Directed, wrote, implemented and interpreted Air Force procedure changes on equipment life-cycle management and transformation initiatives.

Mentored Afghan National Army leaders with development of logistics capabilities at the regional and national levels through competence, skillful communication, and interpersonal skills. Imparted professional development to Afghan officers. Administered maintenance and training team contracts. Analyzed supply chain and provided innovative solutions to problems.

Guided daily operations of air transportation unit with 291 personnel supporting 82d Airborne Division and Special Operations. Ensured 24/7 command and control, training, and safety. Managed 75 vehicle and Materiel Handling Equipment fleet and $580 thousand annual budget. Provided contract oversight for contracted training operation with annual budget of $50 thousand. Fostered customer-oriented team environment by leveraging internal and external partnerships in the execution of over 10 thousand missions.

Planned logistics response to chemical and nuclear attack events in the United States. Coordinated active duty military response and requirements with Federal Emergency Management Agency and State National Guard units. Authored strategic logistics concept of operation. Built and tailored transportation requirements for deployment of nationwide personnel and equipment.

Directed 258 personnel and managed the freight warehouse at DoD’s busiest en route aerial port. Ensured uninterrupted operation of state of the art mechanized material handling system. Ensured safe and timely loading of over 11 thousand flights and 24 thousand trucks annually. Verified diplomatic clearances and hazardous material certification of cargo.

Led 63 personnel in Iraq conducting air transportation operations in Iraq. Supervised drawdown and transition from military to civilian led operations. Guided all contract actions from requirements to equipment/real property transfers. Developed and oversaw in-depth training plan for civilian workforce. Trained a highly motivated team of military and civilian transporters.

Coordinated and de-conflicted airlift into Afghanistan NATO controlled airfields. Liaised with over 30 commercial air carriers and 11 airfield managers for limited and restricted airfield clearance. Provided approved carriers with route and code information critical to safety of flight.

Led team of 45 contractors and engineers to identify requirements, design, test and field three weather satellite ground receiving and database system projects valued at over $100-million. Utilized risk management/avoidance, performance based logistics and earned value management to meet strict cost, schedule and performance requirements. Worked on Global Broadcast System, Weather Data Analysis System, and Meteorological Satellite Data Exploitation Capability programs.

Commanded 160 personnel transporting supplies throughout Iraq. Responsible for command and control, manifesting, scheduling, and maintenance of vehicle fleet. Built highly disciplined and motivated team which achieved highest operational rate in the battalion and amassed more miles than any other Air Force unit.

Oversaw the maintenance and utilization of 13 fixed fuels storage and hydrant systems, a cryogenics plant, fuels laboratory, 33 refuelers, and 11 support vehicles valued at $164-million. Developed, planned, and established policy and procedures to manage fuels activities, including systems design, facility requirements, equipment allowances and accounting. Ensured safety and compliance with environmental, State and OSHA regulations. Coordinated with leadership and DoD agencies on wartime, contingency and peacetime fuels support.

Nuclear weapons maintenance, team lead, quality assurance, supply chain, hazmat material handling, safety, technical order maintenance, and commodity management.
