I have always been deeply passionate about the teaching of effective usage of the English language. At a young age, I lived this out by policing the grammar of all conversation I heard around me. Since then, I have (thankfully) learned the social un-productivity such an endeavor. As a student at Palm Beach Atlantic University, I channeled that same passion for language into my study towards a Bachelor of Arts in English and into my work in two academic coaching positions in PBA's writing center and career development office.Now that I have graduated from PBA with my B.A., I am working towards an M.A. in Rhetoric and Composition at Florida State University with the ultimate goal of a career in university writing center administration.
