Logistics Packaging Engineering Manager
Current· Manage and execute global packaging and transportation related cost savings initiatives ($800M material spend/$25M packaging)· Oversee and lead the design/engineering of returnable and expendable packaging solutions for domestic and international parts shipping to manufacturing sites · Direct and oversee introduction of returnable container program for North American suppliers· Collaborate and partner with South America, Europe, and China counterparts on logistics strategies and improvements· Lead and independently instruct direct report by delegating job duties, reviewing performance and providing required training to insure efficient and effective output
