Mr. Kaplan’s 20-plus years of software engineering experience includes responsibility for the design, development, and support of industry-leading commercial modeling and simulation tools at Raytheon, building object-oriented software for real-time flight simulation at NASA's Langley Research Center and participating in the development of a distributed test harness for the Defense Modeling and Simulation Office's High-Level Architecture at the MITRE Corporation.
