I am keen on student development that is holistic, supportive, and accessible. My experience as a first-generation, low-income student has driven his work passion and experience in higher education. At Truman State University and the University of Kansas, I have been granted the opportunity to work with students and better understand how to help them navigate spaces within post-secondary education. I understand the importance of community outreach and utilizing networks to meet the needs of my students.Additionally, I have gained essential leadership and organizational experience during my time in the military.
