Joseph is well versed in successful planning, design, and project delivery in a variety of building types. As a project manager, he focuses on nurturing, facilitating, and realization of architectural design. His experience in both new construction and renovation projects includes interdisciplinary coordination among team members to synchronize for complex architectural, mechanical, electrical, and structural designs. He ensures that the projects are within budget, are on time and coordinated to meet the function, feasibility, and aesthetic expectations of the client’s project needs.Joseph was born in Dallas, Texas, but was raised in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. He is a 2001 graduate from Texas A&M University. He regards Tadao Ando highly because his designs are simple and beautiful and his use of natural light is incredible, such as in the Church of the Light. He quotes Neale Donald Walsch saying "life begins at the end of your comfort zone." He reflects on this for all things architecture, design, and enjoying everyday life.
