Transitioned the Courtyard by Marriott Cambridge to a Highgate managed hotel & implemented wide-ranging strategies to reposition the hotel within the Cambridge/Boston market.

Responsible for analyzing and quoting groups ranging from 20-500 rooms per night while incorporating F&B and function space spend to achieve the optimum total-hotel revenue.
