Driven by a belief that everyone deserves fulfilling work, I've dedicated my career to empowering individuals and fostering inclusive workplaces. As Director of Career Development and Communications at QSAC, I've had the privilege of supporting individuals with autism in achieving their career goals. I'm passionate about creating opportunities for professional growth and development, and I leverage my expertise in rehabilitation counseling, talent management, and organizational development to drive impactful change. I'm eager to connect with professionals who share my commitment to creating a more inclusive and equitable workforce.Currently, I'm furthering my commitment to inclusive workplaces through doctoral studies in Education Policy, Organization, and Leadership with a concentration in Human Resource Development and Diversity and Equity in Education at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. My research explores the power of intergenerational learning, strategies for improving mental health at work, and developing innovative approaches to support the educational and employment goals of people with autism and other intellectual and developmental disabilities. I believe that by advancing research in these areas, we can create truly equitable and supportive environments where everyone can thrive.
