Current1. Beverage Program Management: • Develop, design, and implement seasonal and signature beverage menus, including cocktails, wines, spirits, non-alcoholic beverages, and coffee programs. • Ensure beverage offerings align with the brand’s identity and guest preferences. 2. Team Leadership & Training: • Recruit, train, and manage bartenders, baristas, and beverage staff. • Foster creativity, teamwork, and continuous learning among the bar team. • Conduct regular training sessions on service standards, product knowledge, and mixology techniques. 3. Operational Oversight: • Monitor daily bar operations to ensure smooth service, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations. • Collaborate with other departments, such as kitchen and events teams, to provide seamless guest experiences. 4. Supplier Management & Inventory Control: • Build and maintain relationships with beverage suppliers and negotiate pricing. • Manage ordering, inventory, and stock levels to ensure product availability and minimize waste. • Track costs and optimize beverage margins to align with financial goals. 5. Guest Experience & Innovation: • Stay up-to-date with beverage trends and continuously introduce new concepts to enhance guest satisfaction. • Ensure that the beverage service exceeds guest expectations through attention to detail and customization. 6. Compliance & Reporting: • Ensure all beverages are served responsibly and within legal requirements. • Prepare reports on beverage performance, costs, and guest feedback for management.Key Skills and Qualifications • Extensive experience in mixology, wine, coffee, or spirits. • Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication abilities. • Excellent knowledge of beverage trends, suppliers, and brands. • Budget management skills with a focus on controlling costs and maximizing profits. • Ability to thrive under pressure and multitask in a dynamic environment. • Certifications such as WSET
