Joseph is a military veteran and worked in the Indian Navy for almost a decade prior to joining Cornell University for his MBA. His experience in the Navy spans engineering management (Maintenance, Repair, Operations and Supply Chain), project management and leadership across diverse teams. In his last held rank as Lieutenant Commander, he led the technical arm of the aviation team that commissioned integral helicopters onboard India’s most advanced stealth frigate. He was also involved in various indigenization projects, wherein he collaborated with many indigenous defense equipment manufacturers. During his military tenure, Joseph was awarded a Commendation from the Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Western Naval Command for Commitment beyond the Call of Duty. His interests are in Strategic Operations and Consulting. He holds a master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering as well as PMP and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certifications. Joseph is an avid sportsman, and enjoys travelling and photography.
