-Duties and Responsibilities--Prepares advert framework by gathering information and materials from Sales Manager / Marketing Manager for advertisements-Assist in the daily internal and external marketing initiatives of the company-Assist in coordinating with printing companies regarding production and material delivery-Manage and execute all artwork requirements for the Company whilst following the proper corporate procedures and guidelines while designing with prior approval and consent from Sales Manager / Marketing Manager-Regularly update all visual appearances of the company website and related portals with flash banners, ads etc.-Illustrate concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.-Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval to the Sales Manager / Marketing Manager-Assist to complete projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.-Assist the agents and Directors in obtaining high quality photographs by taking them and editing them for improved visuals.-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.-Design and maintenance of Homes4Life existing website-Designing landing pages and also email addresses-Promotion of websites both organically and using Google Ad words-Enhancing the look, functionality and appearance of a website-Fixing problems encountered in the functioning of the website-Designing web campaigns for online initiatives, editorials, emails & banners-Any other tasks as delegated by the Sales Manager / Marketing Manager
