• Provide full-cycle recruiting for all (entry level to senior level) consultants and corporate positions• Consult with executive leadership to identify staffing needs, workforce planning strategies and acquisition plan• Leverage online recruiting resources and platforms to identify and recruit qualified candidates• Review and recommend resumes and credentials for alignment of skill and appropriateness in relation to the open position requirements• Manage the interview process and logistics between the candidates and the hiring managers• Lead and document post-interview notes from hiring manager and provide necessary feedback and decisions to candidates• Manage and follow regional recruiting budget for career fairs and marketing merchandise• Network and create an outreach with potential candidates suitable to build a relationship for a pipeline for future opportunities• Assist with new employee completion of new hire paperwork and audit for accuracy• Manage and ensure I-9 compliance and documentation• Conduct, document, and file employment verifications and reference checks
