Tackled another summer of selling pest control door-to-door. However, this summer was different. My sales abilities were strengthened as I learned how to sell extra services. This year I learned how to also sell lawn care services and mosquito fogging services on the doors. I learned how to redirect the conversation to persuade the customer to purchase what I wanted them to.

As Clinic General Manager, I managed day to day bills, income, expenses and clinic inventory. I worked with the medical supplies sales representative on a routine basis to make sure our clinic was stocked with our needs. Efficiently completed numerous projects as assigned, including HIPAA & OSHA compliance. I completed pioneering assignments to market online and knock on businesses door to door to solicit our clinic services. I also directed affairs for substantial office remodeling.As a Medical Assistant, I stood by ready to assist the PA provider while also perceiving how he would gather a patient’s history and discuss the appearance of a new mole using his dermatoscope. I also assisted in biopsy procedures, many of which turned out to be life-saving. The provider would formulate a treatment plan which included cryotherapy for Actinic Keratosis or in-office procedures for the removal of skin cancer. As the first surgical assistant, I found it fulfilling to scrub in on surgical procedures, such as wide excision cancers. The more I worked with this PA, the more I began to see myself in his shoes.

I once again set out to solicit pest control services door-to-door. Sold and serviced over 240 accounts in just 10 weeks.
