Managed two projects within the Housing Innovation Lab pipeline, from research and analysis through to recommendations, building support for innovative policies with internal and external stakeholders.• Created a strategic roadmap for the Department of Neighborhood Development to adopt best practices from peer cities in collecting local revenues for the creation and preservation of affordable housing, including through the innovative use of capital funds and targeted impact fees. Presented findings and recommendations to Sheila Dillon, Chief of Housing.• Explored the ecosystem of housing cooperatives in Boston, including barriers to widespread success, and worked with stakeholders from all sectors to identify prioritized, targeted policy initiatives the City of Boston could implement to offer support to existing and potential coops.• Acted as table facilitator for a cross-sector innovation workshop focusing on rethinking development in the Boston context.
