My experience includes 25+ years of Marketing and Sales responsibilities in telecommunications, print and web publishing, sports marketing, luxury home designs, retail sales, nutritional and lifestyle products and consulting. I've overseen all four P's of marketing; have successfully sold complex to retail products; and have trained and led business seminars on business writing, sales, project management and leadership topics. While working as an economist at ALLTEL, the VP of Marketing invited me into his organization. That led to promotions within and across companies. Starting as an Assistant Product Manager, my role grew to Product Manager, then various Marketing Director positions and finally the VP of Marketing and Sales. Communicating has always been essential in my career. For example, as the Internet Marketing Director for Ameritech Advertising, working alongside the president of our new internet division, I helped write our new internet sales methods. I then developed and delivered the related training across our national sales force. We developed a successful approach that sales embraced--it worked.In my current career I use my experience to bring practical skills to wide ranging audiences across the US.
