CurrentJoe is one of the founding partners of Werner Ahari Mangel LLP, which begins operations on May 1, 2023. Joe represents insurers in litigation, counseling and monitoring matters involving directors and officers liability, financial institutions professional liability, and representations and warranties insurance policies. Joe has defended insurers in coverage and extracontractual litigation in state and federal courts throughout the country, at both the trial and appellate levels, as well as in private arbitrations. He also acts as monitoring or coverage counsel in a wide variety of matters involving public and private company insureds, including securities and derivative litigation, criminal, administrative and regulatory investigations, bankruptcy adversary proceedings, antitrust litigation, and employment litigation.
