Mentor coaches of the other 9 teams to ensure the standards of the club for player growth and parent expectations are met. This includes tournament schedules, hotel blocks for multiple out-of-state events, submission of rosters, monitoring of practice plans, and player benchmark improvement.Key Accomplishments:• After just two years I was promoted from coach to Club Director in 2021 by earning trust through on-court performance, mentorship, and organizing club-wide coaching events.• Earned title of National Coach of the Year from American Volleyball Coaches Association in 2023.• Nominated for Coach of Year in 2022 and 2023 by Badger Region Volleyball Association.• Secured 2023 Badger Region Volleyball Association Championship in Open Division's Gold Bracket.• Showcased expertise in game-level skills, mental toughness, game strategy, motor skill learning, and psychology while pursuing nominations for special recognition from club administration, players, and families.
