I was brought on board for a limited engagement as the CTO, tasked with modernizing the engineering team and improving product quality. While here, I devised and executed the company’s strategic technology plan for a product suite targeting a re-imagination of how people communicate on the internet. I served as the eyes and ears for the CEO and non-technical investors. Additionally, I provided overarching technology guidance and project management, ensuring HIPAA compliance in the handling of all information. Sought after as the head of the Nashville office of the international consultancy firm and given the task of assembling and overseeing their onsite and remote teams that were in charge of delivering ongoing technology solutions that aligned with project requirements and resources. While here, I developed budgets for staffing and operating costs based on projected revenue, ensuring sufficient allocation of resources to drive efficient and cost-effective project delivery.Notable Accomplishments:• Led a high performing team as the CTO for GetDoctor, a platform engineered to support doctors during Covid, developing an extensive patient-physician communication platform. • Integrated machine learning modules, aiding in the recognition of problematic content found in persistent storage.• Recruited resources in business requirements analysis, user interface design, software development, quality assurance, and project management, driving alignment for the business’ overall vision of establishing the Nashville office as a go-to provider of “Enterprise Mobile” solutions for large companies.

In August 2006, I was employed by BMI’s subsidiary, “Landmark Digital Services”, to help assemble the enterprise application suite around the proprietary audio recognition algorithm. As a developer and architect, I managed all of all audio recognition apps and services.Notable Accomplishments:• Spearheaded the development of BMI Mobile app, streamlining the artist enrollment process and achieving use by more than 200K affiliates on a continual basis. • Led the delivery of an enterprise-scale audio recognition system, generating a new stream of revenue, estimated to be more than $50M each year, that was previously uncaptured.

Provided CTO services to various companies, ranging from well-established enterprises to fledgling businesses. Notable Accomplishments:• Led the delivery of an app designed to facilitate the enhancement of the customer experience for stadiums, fulfilled by an AWS-based NodeJS/React web application that captures photos during peak events, bolstering marketing initiatives by gathering pertinent data on event attendees. • Engineered a payment processing application template for iOS and Android that integrated an OCR solution and machine learning models with graphic and branding customization options for white-label businesses, automating the rebranding of a mobile app and launching the application to 60 separate clients.

• Revised the pilot user interface for a remotely operated vehicle from a simple video stream to be an immersive heads-up display showing vehicle sensor readings and articulator pose with video overlay

• Constructed a complex technology infrastructure for a new Push-To-Talk (PTT/P2T) functionality, enhancing the features of an existing consumer phone platform
