Member of application development and conversion team responsible for implementing new record keeping platform for all Deferred Annuity Plan data to replace VSAM based platform. Deliverables included a fully automated monthly conversion system to re-build DA Master Database, required building 3M client accounts, applying 5M transaction updates and a new mainframe Deferred Annuity Update system. Team met critical business requirements in delivering a conversion application that ran in under 24 hrs. and in designing daily and monthly update systems that ran within the proscribed nightly production batch window.
