Working directly with Judge Rastetter, provide courtroom and office support and serve as a judicial clerk, court clerk, and bailiff. Provide a broad range of legal and administrative support including legal research and writing, processing court documents, and assisting attorneys and litigants in using the court system.

Under the supervision of supervising attorney, assist legal team with both in-person and telephone client intake processes, drafting of documents, and correspondence to clients.

Acting as a legal editor, with ongoing responsibility for editing and review of a federal tax law treatise.

Work as a floating clerk by assisting a broad range of judges with courtroom and office procedures by acting as judicial clerk, court clerk, and bailiff.

Responsible for performing a wide range of business law responsibilities including intake and issue-spotting for new clients, contract drafting, legal research, and community involvement through presentations to local business owners on the matters of trademark registration.

Provide superior customer service and technical support for users of high-tech personal mobile devices while maintaining an in-depth analysis and resolution of technical issues, and assuring quality and continued patronage.
