Head of Corporate Technology Data Acquisition and ManagementResponsible for applications delivery with $50 Million budget consisting of approximately 400 employees and contractor staff in 7 locations globally supporting data acquisition and hosting for global corporate needs which includes Risk, Finance, Treasury and Compliance related functions. • Brought into JPM to establish a data platform for Treasury to use for Liquidity Risk reporting in response to a Federal Reserve Board MRIA. In one month traversed the firm to establish a data-sourcing plan for the full balance sheet at an account position level for the next year and half. • Subsequently took over like functions across Finance, Risk and Compliance. Leveraging the platform to also meet the needs of a new Compliance program to meet the firms Disclosure of Interest reporting requirements. • Technology Lead for Risk and Finance Road Map Data Simplification program sponsored by CRO, CFO, and CAO which had as a goal the elimination of many point-to-point data sourcing approaches across the firm. • Latest iteration delivered on Hadoop based design. • Partnered with Operations to design and build a state-of-the-art data management platform to manage the flow and exception management of data into corporate.• Key member of Data Quality and Firm wide Data Management teams establishing a firm wide program and data quality reporting and improvement process. Subsequently asked to take on a transformational role assisting the Human Resources organization move to new SaaS based Human Capital Management (HCM) solution. This required looking at existing application portfolio and establishing processes, taxonomies, vendors, and architecture standards. Additionally staffed and drove Agile development process adoption inclusive of CI/CD and SRE.
