When I first started working at Chick-Fil-A I worked as a cook in the kitchen. While in the kitchen I made all the food throughout the day which required strict time management skills to provide clean and fast service. I started doing dishes when our general manager needed more dish washers. During the day I would have to prepare the food for the next day while doing dishes. I also had to be available to help the cook whenever they got to busy. I started working front when I was looking for some new customer service skills and to get out of the kitchen. While I worked in the front I had to provide kind, courteous service to our customers. I quit working there in July 2014 because there was no room to move up in the company.
