Current• Employ Demo-to-Win methodology to customize and present on-site demonstrations of Tyler Technologies ERP Pro Solution (for local governments) which consists of four main applications: Financial Management, Human Resources Management, Utilities Management, and Community Development. - Provide subject-matter expertise for the Tyler Technologies Enterprise Permitting and Licensing suite (GIS, Parcel Management, Planning, Permitting, Inspections, Code Enforcement, Business Licensing, Mobile Apps).- Provide subject-matter expertise for the Tyler Technologies Enterprise Asset Management Suite (GIS, Asset Management, Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance, Asset Performance, Mobile Apps). - Create customer-specific examples and scenarios which provide maximum impact during scripted and non-scripted system demonstrations. - Conduct on-site labs for potential customers to show how easy the system is to learn and use. • Support Inside Sales team by performing remote web demonstrations for existing customers. - Highlight benefits of currently licensed, but underutilized, modules to avoid losing renewal revenue. - Introduce new modules which would benefit customers and expand their Tyler Technologies ERP Solution investment. • Update demo scripts, slide decks, and data to highlight newest release features and functionality. • Work with implementation and product development teams to respond to post-demo follow-up questions and/or clarifications from potential customers. • Provide input to Product Management regarding customer requirements, product improvements, and new product innovations. • Participate in trade shows by helping to generate leads and perform product demonstrations.
